Scott Zeitler

I am originally from Beacon, NY, a small town on the Hudson River just north of New York City and graduated from Albright College with a bachelor’s degree in Math in 1984. After a few years working as a Systems Engineer at IBM’s New York Wall Street office, my wife and I moved to the Raleigh area in 1990. Aside from missing our family in the north, it was one of the best decisions we have made. 

During my first 10 years in Raleigh, I worked for an electrical and plumbing supply company. Always dreaming of being in business for myself, I started my career in Real Estate Appraisal in 2000. I currently hold a NC Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License with focus in residential real estate. Throughout my appraisal career, my wife and I have bought, rehabbed, rented and sold many properties in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. I recently obtained my NC Brokers License in support of our growing business and look forward to sharing what I have learned through the years to help you achieve your real estate goals.
