Thomas was born in Smithfield and has lived in Johnston County his entire life, living in the Brooklyn Historic District of downtown Smithfield for nearly 30 years. He has a love for all of Johnston County and it’s wonderful communities.
Having experienced the construction boom in Johnston County his entire life, Thomas has fallen in love with the homes and the diverse population that such growth brings. Combining his love for people and his desire to help people find their dream homes, becoming a real estate broker seemed natural.
Attending college at Free Will Baptist Bible College (now Welch College) in Nashville, Tn, Thomas met and married the love of his life, Karen and together they have raised their children in Smithfield and enjoy them all being local. Thomas is in his 31st year of ministry and is in his 11th year as the Worship Pastor at Temple Church in Selma serving also as Temple’s Director of Finance.
In Thomas’ free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Karen, their four children, two daughters-in-law, son-in-law and grandchild as well as bicycling and cheering on the North Carolina Tarheels
